Order Placement
Orders for our diet menu with delivery must be placed through our official website or authorized channels by 20:00 for next-day service. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders due to ingredient availability or capacity limits.
Delivery Protocol
We utilize a specialized logistics fleet to ensure the integrity of your meals. While we strive for precision in our 08:00 - 20:00 delivery window, local traffic conditions in Banda Aceh may occasionally cause minor shifts in timing. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure a recipient is available or a secure drop-off point is provided.
"Food safety is our priority. Once delivery is completed, the responsibility for proper storage (refrigeration) shifts to the customer to maintain the freshness of the balanced daily menu."
Financial Terms
Transparent billing for our premium meal delivery services within Indonesia.
Pricing for all meal plans is clearly stated on the Our Menus page. We accept various digital payment methods common in Indonesia, including bank transfers and major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
To maintain zero-waste standards and kitchen efficiency, cancellations or plan pauses must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Refunds for partially used multi-day packages are processed as store credit or original payment method, subject to a small administrative fee.
